We are a referral service for swimming pool work in Cape Town. We connect pool owners with independent contractors who cover their suburb.
What we do
Pool Referrals Cape Town connects people who have a pool problem or a pool project with an independent contractor who covers their suburb and does that kind of work. That might be finding a leak, fixing a pump, resurfacing an old pool or building a new one.
You send us your suburb, a description of what the pool is doing and how to reach you. We pass the enquiry to a suitable contractor. The contractor contacts you, inspects where needed and quotes you directly. If you accept, your agreement for the work is with the contractor.
What we are not
We are not a pool contractor. We do not test, repair, build or clean pools, we do not set contractors' prices and we do not guarantee their work. The contractor is responsible for the quality of the work, any guarantee they offer and compliance with the rules that apply to it.
We say this plainly on every page because it matters. You should know who you are dealing with before you share your details or accept a quote.
What we publish, and what we do not
Our pages explain pool problems and Cape Town conditions in plain language, so you can describe the job well and compare quotes. We write about the factors that move a quote, not prices, because contractors set their own prices and we will not publish figures they have not confirmed in writing.
For the same reason, we do not publish ratings, review scores, years of experience, certifications or response times that we cannot stand behind. If a fact is not confirmed, we leave it out.
How we choose who to refer
