Five areas, twelve suburb pages
We refer pool contractors across the Cape Town metro. We have grouped our local pages into five areas, because pools in each one tend to share the same conditions: the ground they sit in, the weather they face and the age of the homes around them.
Table Bay and West Coast

Southern Suburbs

Why location matters for a pool
Two pools of the same size can need very different repairs. Along the Table Bay coast, sandy soil and a high water table mean leaks drain away unseen and draining a pool is a risk. In parts of the Northern Suburbs, clay ground swells and shrinks with the seasons and moves paving and pipes. In the Southern Suburbs, older pools, big trees and heavy winter rain shape the work. On the Atlantic side and in the Helderberg, salt air and strong wind are hard on equipment.
Each local page explains those conditions honestly and links to the services most asked for there. We do not publish a suburb page unless we can say something specific and true about pools in that place.
