What to include
The more the contractor knows before they call, the better the first conversation. A few lines is enough:
- Your suburb. We refer to contractors by area.
- What the pool is doing: losing water, green, cracked, noisy pump, tripping, or a project you are planning.
- How long it has been happening, and anything you have already tried.
- The surface type if you know it: marbelite, fibreglass, tiled or painted.
- Anything about access: slopes, steps, an estate gate or a complex.
What happens next
We pass your enquiry to an independent pool contractor who covers your suburb and does the kind of work you need. The contractor contacts you directly, asks any questions, and arranges an inspection if one is needed. They quote you directly, and you decide whether to go ahead.
